Cookie Policy

Effective date: 05-08-2026. Last updated: 05-08-2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how Peko Payment Services LLC ("Peko", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the PekoFlow website and merchant dashboard. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or web application. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences and enable core functionality. "Similar technologies" includes local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and SDKs that behave in comparable ways.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for the categories described below. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before placing cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website or dashboard.

Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential to run the site and dashboard, to keep you logged in, to maintain security (including CSRF protection and session integrity), and to enable core payment-orchestration functions. They cannot be turned off from within the platform. Examples include session identifier, authentication token reference, load balancer affinity, MFA challenge state and cookie-consent state.

Functional

These cookies remember your preferences, such as language, dashboard layout, saved filters and trusted-device selections. They are set only where you have selected preferences that require persistence.

Analytics

These cookies help us understand how the site and dashboard are used, which pages and features are working, and where errors occur. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. We use industry-standard analytics providers under contract and configure them for data minimisation where the tool allows.

Marketing

Where we run marketing campaigns, we may use cookies to measure the effectiveness of a campaign or to show relevant content on partner sites. Marketing cookies are set only with your consent. We do not use marketing cookies inside the authenticated merchant dashboard.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we integrate, including analytics providers, cloud service providers, electronic signature providers, customer support tools and Acquiring Partners' hosted checkout pages. The third party sets and reads its own cookies under its own privacy notice. When you leave the PekoFlow website or dashboard and are redirected to a Acquiring Partner's hosted checkout page, cookies placed on that page are governed solely by that Acquiring Partner's cookie and privacy notices.

Peko is not responsible for the cookie practices of third parties. You should review the applicable cookie and privacy notices of those third parties before providing information or accepting cookies on their websites or hosted payment pages.

Managing your choices

You can accept, reject or reconfigure non-strictly-necessary cookies at any time using the cookie banner or or any cookie preference management tool made available on the website. You can also delete cookies and change cookie settings in your browser. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break login and core platform functions. Most browsers also allow you to delete existing cookies and configure how future cookies are handled. Refer to your browser's help documentation for further information.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn.

Do not track

Some browsers support "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, Peko currently relies on the cookie preferences you select through our cookie banner or browser settings to manage non-essential cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.
